Sometimes I know the kcal value but not the other nutritional values. The app could take the exact value from the comment and estimate the rest from the photo

I second this! Alternatively, an option to add a comment to edit the photo. E.g.: I sent a photo of coffee that had suggar, the app suggests coffee without suggar, I want to add x grams of suggar into the description
