v1.22.0

Sarvita 1.22 is live in the App Store. It took one rejection to get here, and I'll tell about that at the end. Let's start with the biggest part of the release.

Plan your week

You can pick the days of the week and the time you train, and Sarvita lays your weekly goals over those days - Zone 2, strength, VO2 Max and stability. Sessions tick off automatically from Apple Health, so it doesn't matter which of your apps recorded the workout.

The schedule is free for everyone, without a subscription.

A missed session doesn't turn into a red "failed" badge. It stays open till the end of the week, a later workout of the same kind still counts for it, and "Move to today" puts it on your plan for today.

If you want, Sarvita adds your sessions to a separate calendar with one reminder per training day. On the wrist there is a new complication, on the Home Screen a widget, and the Start Workout control in Control Center opens the sessions of the day directly.

Water and caffeine

Water is one tap, from the app, Control Center, a widget or Siri. Drinks you photograph or type are analysed like the rest of your meals, so their water and caffeine count too.

For caffeine, Sarvita estimates how much of it is in your body right now and how much will still be there at your usual bedtime, which it takes from your sleep data. It's a half-life model, not a measurement, and you can set the sensitivity to fast or slow if you know your body handles coffee differently than most of people.

Smaller things

Free users can re-log recent and favourite meals after the daily AI scan, and walks under 10 minutes don't count as a session anymore.

Bugs, ideas and feature requests are very welcome, either in the comments or on our feedback board: [UserJot board link]

What should the version after this one focus on?
